Privacy

When you request a trip or buy something, we collect your name, email, phone number and, for shop orders, your shipping address. We use them only to run your trip or ship your order and to talk with you about it.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone except the services that make this work: our email provider, and Square, which processes card payments. We never see or store your card number.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to texts, we text you only about your booking and trip: booking requests and confirmations, trip reminders, and weather or schedule changes, plus replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the messaging provider that delivers our texts.

Videos on this site are hosted on YouTube, which may set cookies once you press play.
